For more than fifteen years, Toby has worked in HR alongside leaders in architecture, design and the creative industries, supporting individuals and organisations through the complexities of leadership, relationships and change.
Much of that work has involved being a trusted sounding board for people facing difficult decisions, competing responsibilities and the expectations that come with senior positions.
STELLEN grew from this experience: a more focused way of working with leaders individually, offering the independence, perspective and thoughtful challenge that can be hard to find within everyday professional life.
